If this position is still open please let me know ---- I would be interested in discussing.
As an accomplished executive with extensive experience leading all facets of domestic and international business and financial operations, I offer unique expertise that will benefit your client.
My background includes strong leadership experience directing cross-functional teams in financial reporting and analysis, system implementations, and quality improvement initiatives. Furthermore, I am highly successful developing and implementing financial metrics and tools to streamline and enhance manufacturing and accounting processes. I also have a proven track record leveraging key relationships, strategic planning processes, and negotiation skills to maximize performance and ROI throughout operations—generating millions of dollars in profitable growth.
Key Achievements
$10-15 million in annual online revenue growth generated by leading a cross-functional team to define, develop, and deploy a members-only website to create a new product distribution channel vital to growing in key markets. 89% drop in manufacturing discrepancies with on-time delivery improved from 70% to 97% (a 39% improvement) by implementing new quality control standards, performance metrics, and systems to streamline and enhance manufacturing processes. $10 million in cost overruns eliminated by allocating appropriate resources to cut unnecessary expenses required to design and construct a new $45 million manufacturing facility.
