Voters are not the only ones mad as hell and willing to throw out incumbents, no matter the qualifications or smarts of the challenger.

Shareholders are also apparently upset with seemingly entrenched management they deem unresponsive to their interests.

In naming Howard Schmidt the first cyber czar in the U.S., or in the world for that matter, at least the Obama Administration is picking somebody who seems qualified. Schmidt, a former top security exec at Microsoft and at Ebay is no Mike "Heckuva Job" Brownie, the joker who was in charge of FEMA during the Katrina fiasco.
