It looks like CFOs are betting on IT. In a survey by Robert Half Management Resources, when asked where they are most likely to place their investment dollars when a recovery occurs, 40 percent of CFOs interviewed cited IT.
Otherwise, 18% said new products or service lines; 14% new locations or real estate; 6% mergers and acquisitions and 19% said they will not invest at all.
Is IT where they should be putting their greatest resources?
