Deutsche Bank has launched a web-based trade finance tool for trade guarantee management. The syndicated guarantee management tool allows companies, syndication banks, and agents to access information on guarantee transactions and capture instructions in real-time, and automate information transfer.

It includes extensive reporting functions, customization, and is fully integrated with Deutsche Bank’s other corporate client solutions.

This system was launched in parallel with the bank’s announcement of the first-ever corporate trade guarantee products under new guidelines for cross-border guarantees set out by the International Chamber of Commerce.

The guidelines should make it easier and safer for companies to use cross-border demand guarantees, rather than relying on standby letters of credit, for trade finance management.

JP Morgan Treasury Services has enhanced its cross-currency Automated Clearing House (ACH) payments offering to simplify and reduce the cost of global FX trading. Users can now buy or sell currencies and execute ACH transactions through a single account—rather than handling multiple accounts for their currency management. The cross-currency ACH solution can also be used for administrative functions, such as cross-border payroll management.

SAP has launched a liquidity planning starter kit for BusinessObjects’ Planning and Consolidation module. It lets companies get up and running quickly with a solution for liquidity information provision, forecasting and scenario modelling.

Online FX trading platform and currency data provider Oanda Corporation has released a mobile corporate FX trading solution for Blackberries. OANDA fxTrade Mobile for BlackBerry is the latest in a series of mobile trading platforms launched by the company for different mobile devices.

Bank of America Merrill Lynch is improving its Paymode-X online payment and invoicing platform—which it gets from Bottomline Technologies—by integrating it into BofA’s supply chain and treasury solutions. The update also includes better purchase order matching, upgrading of invoice workflow and approvals, and discount management solutions.

Risk management system vendor Reval has fully integrated its solutions with online foreign exchange trading platform FXall, and vice versa. Users of both systems thus have very tight integration and automated information transfer.

BMO Financial Group has launched a new treasury management platform to provide corporate clients with a single view of their accounts and treasury solutions.

Fundtech has enhanced its CASHplus cash management system to incorporate a new user interface.
