First Data CFO Pat Shannon has resigned and will leave the company on June 30. Ray Winborne will serve as acting CFO. First Data Corp bonds tumbled to the lowest since July as investors have pulled money out of high-yield, high-risk funds.

The SEC appointed Kenneth Johnson as its new CFO. Johnson has been the acting CFO since Kristine Chadwick stepped down earlier this year. The SEC's appointment of a new CFO follows criticisms last year from the US Government Accountability Office.

Avery Dennison promoted Mitchell Butier to CFO. As of June 1, he will also hold the title of senior vice president. He has been the label maker's chief accounting officer and corporate vice president for global finance since March 2007.

Granite Construction announced that LeAnne M. Stewart is stepping down as CFO and will be replaced on an interim basis by the company's controller, Laurel J. Krzeminski.

Microsoft's Online Services Division named Mindy Mount corporate vice president and CFO. She was previously CVP and CFO of the Entertainment and Devices Division.

KB Home said it hired an auto-supply veteran, Jeff Kaminski, as its new CFO, filling a vacancy left by the resignation of former CFO Raymond P. Silcock. He resigned late last year after only three months in the position, not long after the SEC had begun a formal investigation of the company's accounting and disclosure.

Viacom, the owner of MTV and Paramount Pictures, promoted CFO Thomas E. Dooley to the new post of chief operating officer.

Tech company Gigamon named Aidan Cullen CFO. Cullen was previously CFO for Sylantro Systems and helped oversee its merger with Broadsoft.

First National Bank of McMinnville named Pieter van Vuuren as its new CFO, chief investment officer and senior vice president. Van Vuuren had been a partner at the CPA firm Maggart & Associates.

GreenBytes, a tech company, named Keith Seidman CFO. Seidman joins GreenBytes from Acme Packet, a venture-capital financed company he helped take public.

A.P. Pharma, a specialty pharmaceutical company, announced that John B. Whelan, who has served as vice president of finance and CFO since February 2009, has replaced Ronald J. Prentki as CEO on an interim basis.

Crane Company said that Timothy MacCarrrick has resigned as CFO. The manufacturer of engineered industrial products named Controller Richard Maue and Treasurer Andrew Krawitt to jointly manage the company's finances.

Willamette Valley Vineyards has moved former controller Steven Caldwell into the role of CFO.

Center Financial Corporation, the holding company of Center Bank, announced that Lonny D. Robinson has resigned as executive vice president and CFO. President and CEO Jae Whan Yoo will fill the role on an interim basis.

DocuSign named Mike Dinsdale CFO. Dinsdale most recently served as CFO of high tech company Lithium.

Chicopee Bancorp, the holding company for Chicopee Savings Bank, announced that Guida R. Sajdak has been appointed as CFO of both.
