Power Integrations, a circuit maker, announced this week that it fired CFO Bill Roeschlein, the subject of a domestic assault complaint filed in Missouri. He has denied the allegations. CEO Balu Balakrishnan will serve as CFO until a replacement is found.

Visulant, a color technology company, named Mark E. Scott as CFO, secretary and treasurer.
