J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. said Doug Braunstein,
head of investment banking for the Americas, will be the firm's CFO. Michael
Cavanagh, who had served as CFO for six years, will become chief executive of
JP Morgan's Treasury & Securities Services.
Borders Group announced additional duties for CFO Mark
Bierley. He will also serve as chief operating officer.
Willis Group Holdings said it hired Michael
Neborak as CFO. Before joining the insurance broker, he had a similar role
at index provider MSCI.
Philadelphia Media Network, owners of the
Philadelphia Inquirer and the Daily News, named Bruce Meier CFO.
M2Gen, a wholly owned for-profit subsidiary of
Moffitt Cancer Center, named Ana Stancic senior vice president and CFO.
RTI Biologics, a processor of orthopedic, dental and
other biologic implants, announced Robert P. Jordheim as CFO.
BioSurplus appointed Kathy Scott CFO. She
joins the equipment management services company from RA Capital Advisors, where
she was a partner.
Partsearch Technologies announced Bob McMullan as
CFO. He was CFO at Control Point Solutions before coming on board with the
parts and accessories catalog company.
Kimco Realty promoted Glenn C. Cohen to CFO.
He joined the real estate investment trust in 1995, previously serveing as
chief accounting officer.
Synalloy, a producer of stainless steel pipes and
specialty chemicals, named Richard D. Sieradzki as CFO. He had served as
interim CFO since April and had been assistant vice president finance since
June 2007. Previously he was a divisional vice president of finance with
Buffets' Ryan's Division.
Phoenix Technologies named Robert Andersen CFO.
He has served as the company's interim finance chief since March and vice
president of finance since 2008. Prior to joining the firm he held senior
financial roles at Wind River Systems, an embedded systems software company.
Houlihan Lokey, an international investment bank,
announced Eileen Kamerick has joined the firm as a managing director and
CFO. Previously, she was CFO and chief legal office for TectaAmerica, a
commercial roofing company.
Integral Systems appointed Christopher Roberts CFO.
Before joining the technology company, he was director of finance and
administration for Infinity Technology.
Sanswire Corp., a developer and produce of unmanned
aerial vehicles, appointed Glenn Estrella CEO and CFO.
CEC Entertainment, a pizza chain operator, announced
the resignation of CFO and Treasurer Christopher D. Morris.
VizStar, an aviation charter transportation broker,
named Sharon Singer CFO. Most recently, she was a senior leader of Human
Resources and global director of the training and development team at Credit
Suisse and Goldman Sachs.
Purfresh, a clean technology provider, named Timothy
Steinkopf CFO. He previously was CFO of SumTotal Systems, a
talent-development software firm and McAfee, a computer network security
company.
BrainStorm Cell Therapeutics appointed Liat
Sossover CFO. Sossover has served in senior financial positions at a number
of publicly traded and private companies, most recently as vice president,
finance at ForeScout Technologies.
All Children's Hospital announced Nancy Templin as
CFO. She was previously CFO and director of finance for Harris Methodist H-E-B Hospital.
