Netflix announced that former Pixar CFO Ann Matherwill join its board.
Presidential Life named P.B. (Pete) Pheffer CFO. He
was formerly CFO for Missouri Employers Mutual Insurance.
Beneficial Mutual Bancorp said former Sovereign
Bancorp Chief Accounting Officer Thomas Cestare will serve as CFO for
both the company and Beneficial Bank.
Cobalt International Energy announced the appointment
of John P. Wilkirson, vice president of strategic planning and investors
to CFO. He replaces Rodney L. Gray, who resigned after one year in the job.
Adaptec, a storage hardware and solutions provider,said CFO Mary Dotz would be terminated from her position, effective
September 30.
Horizon Air said Glenn Johnson, former CFO at
Horizon's parent company, Alaska Air Group, will serve as the carrier's new
CEO.

was an audit partner.
Cuso Financial Services named Daniel J. Kilroy
senior vice president and CFO.
Lithia Motors announced that CFO Jeffrey DeBoer
will resign his position by October 31 and will consult with the company for
two years following his departure.
Cyclone Power Technologies appointed Bruce SchamesCFO. He joins the engine technology developer from East Coast Beverage
Corp. where he was CFO.
Citizens Financial Bank named Jerry A. Weberling
executive vice president and CFO of the company and its wholly-owned subsidiary
Citizens Financial Bank. Weberling previously was senior vice president and CFO
for MAF Bancorp.
International Monetary Systems, a barter services
company, appointed David A. Powell treasurer and CFO.
Ikanos Communications said Dennis Bencala will
serve as CFO. Prior to joining the provider of advanced broadband semiconductor
and software products, Bencala was CFO of the Renewal Energy Test Center.
Caleco Pharma Corp. named Luc Vanhal CFO.
Vanhal has served as CFO and COO for NYSE and NASDAQ companies, as well as
board experience for smaller emerging public companies.
Federal-Mogul, a supplier of powertrain and safety
technologies, appointed Alan Haughie senior vice president and CFO.
VCG Holding Corp., owner, operator and consolidator
of adult nightclubs, announced the resignation of CFO Courtney
Cowgill.
Amonix named Patrick McCullough CFO. He joins
the photovoltaic technology manufacturer from energy control systems firm IMI
Severe Service Division.
Marshall Edwards named Thomas Zech CFO. Zech
previously was vice president, finance and CFO at Pacira Pharmaceuticals before
joining the oncology company.
Celsion Corp. appointed Jeffrey Church as vice
president and CFO. He joins the drug development company from Alba Therapeutics,
where he was CFO.
Yuma Regional Medical Center promoted controller Tony
Struck to CFO.
MangoSoft, a business software company, appointed Sean
Gavin CFO. His past assignments include Brevet Capital, Bear Stearns, SAC
Capital and Liberty Mutual Insurance.
Harris Connect announced that John Harris as
joined the firm as CFO. He joins the company, that provides research and other
services to non-profits, from Sodexho USA, where he was vice president,
strategic planning.
