Libbey announced that it has reassigned its CFO Gregory T. Geswein after he was named last week in a federal securities complaint regarding actions he took at his previous employer in 2005. He will remain with the glassmaker as vice president, strategic planning and business development.

Syms named Seth Udasin senior vice president and chief financial and administrative officer. Udasin joins the off-price retailer from his own consulting firm after serving as CFO of Children's Place for a decade.

The Princeton Review, the test preparation and online education company, said Christian Kasper will replace Stephen C. Richards, who is retiring later this month, as CFO.

Orbitz said CFO Marsha Williams plans to retire by year's end. She joined the online travel company in 2007.

Rosetta Stone said that CFO Brian D. Helman intends to leave his position with the language learning company on August 31.

The Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra announced that it has hired Richard Freshwater as vice president and CFO.

Bacterin International appointed John P. Gandolfo CFO. Previously, Gandolfo was CFO of Progenitor Cell Therapy.

NutraCea, a research and technology company, named J. Dale Belt, executive vice president, chief financial officer and chief accounting officer.

A-T Solutions hired CFO Deborah Ricci. She joined the intelligence and security services firm from The Allied Defense Group, where she was CFO.

Pearson IT Security said Robert Cooper will come on board as CFO this month. Previously he served as CFO of various providers of Voice over IP technologies and Voice Network products.

AutoBody America, a collision repair operator, appointed William Johnston, currently executive vice president, COO and CFO.
