Libbey announced
that it has reassigned its CFO Gregory
T. Geswein after he was named last week in a federal securities complaint
regarding actions he took at his previous employer in 2005. He will remain with
the glassmaker as vice president, strategic planning and business development.
Syms named Seth Udasin senior vice president and chief
financial and administrative officer. Udasin joins the off-price retailer from
his own consulting firm after serving as CFO of Children's Place for a decade.
The Princeton Review,
the test preparation and online education company, said Christian Kasper will replace Stephen C. Richards, who is retiring
later this month, as CFO.
Orbitz said CFO Marsha Williams plans to retire by
year's end. She joined the online travel company in 2007.
Rosetta Stone said that CFO Brian
D. Helman intends to leave his position with the language learning company on
August 31.
The Cincinnati
Symphony Orchestra announced that it has hired Richard Freshwater as vice president and CFO.
Atlas Air Worldwide
Holdings promoted Spencer Schwartz
to senior vice president and CFO. He joined the company as vice president and
controller in 2008.
Center Financial
Corp. named Douglas Goddard
interim CFO of both the holding company and its subsidiary, Center Bank.
Delivery Agent
appointed Stephen Recht CFO. Recht
joins the shopping enabled entertainment company from GlamMedia. Before that he
was CFO of Sutterfly.
Par Pharmaceuticals said
CFO Lawrence A. Kenyon will step
down at the end of June. Treasurer Michael
A. Tropiano will become the company's CFO.
Energy Partners,
an offshore oil and gas producer, promoted treasurer and senior vice president Tiffany Thom to the additional title of
CFO.
Heelys named Craig D. Storey CFO. He joins the maker
of wheeled shoes for kids from Sprig Toys, where he was CEO and CFO.
Bristow Group
announced that Elizabeth D. Brumley,
who was named CFO 10 months ago, will leave the helicopter company June 15.
ON24, which runs
online business events, hired its first CFO, Drew Hamer. He was CFO at Keynote Systems.
Aastrom Biosciences
named Scott C. Durbin as CFO. Durbin
was formerly COO and CFO of Prescient Medical.
Unilife Corporation
announced the appointment of R. Richard
Wieland II as its executive vice president and CFO. He has served as the
CFO of four NASDAQ-listed companies within the life sciences industry.
Iron Eagle Group,
a provider of construction and contracting services, named Eric J. Hoffman as CFO.
NovaDel Pharma
named Craig Johnson senior vice
president, chief financial officer and secretary. Prior to joining the
specialty pharmaceutical company, Johnson was vice president and CFO of
TorreyPines Therapeutics.
BidSync promoted
CFO Sabrina Stover to CEO. She
joined the bidding and procurement software company in
2008.
Brooks Instrument said Waqar Nasim has joined the company
as CFO. He comes to the provider of advanced flow, pressure and level solutions
from SkyCross, where he was executive vice president and CFO.
Keynote Systems,
an internet test and measurement company, named Curtis Smith CFO.

International appointed John P.
Gandolfo CFO. Previously, Gandolfo was CFO of Progenitor Cell Therapy.
NutraCea,
a research and technology company, named J.
Dale Belt, executive vice president, chief financial officer and chief
accounting officer.
A-T Solutions
hired CFO Deborah Ricci. She joined
the intelligence and security services firm from The Allied Defense Group,
where she was CFO.
Pearson IT Security
said Robert Cooper will come on
board as CFO this month. Previously he served as CFO of various providers of
Voice over IP technologies and Voice Network products.

a collision repair operator, appointed William Johnston, currently
executive vice president, COO and CFO.
