Edgar Online named David Price CFO. Before
joining the distributor of company financial data, Price was CFO of drug
company Cornerstone Therapeutics.
Asset management
firm Legg Mason announced its CFO Charles Daley has resigned
after two decades with the company. Terrence Murphy, COO of Legg Mason’s
ClearBridge Advisors stock-fund unit will serve as interim CFO.
Mid-market
lending institution CIT Group named Scott Parker CFO. He was
previously COO and CFO of an affiliate of private equity firm Cerberus Capital
Management before joining CIT.
Sterling Life
Insurance appointed David
Goltz CFO. For the last five years, Goltz served as CFO of Fidelis Senior
Care.
W.P. Carey
& Co. announced Mark
DeCesaris as CFO. He had been a consultant to the investment company’s
finance department since May of 2005.
Sussex Bank said Steve Fusco will become
executive vice president and CFO. Fusco has more than 20 years of accounting
and finance experience in the financial services industry, most recently from
Investors Savings Bank where he was vice president and treasury manager since
2008.
Casella Waste
Systems named Edwin
Johnson CFO. He was formerly CFO at Waste Services.
Sopogy, a solar technology company, appointed Michael
Loo CFO. Loo joins the company from Kamehameha Schools where he was vice
president for finance and administration.
First Solar CFO Jens Meyerhoff has been named
president of a newly formed utility-systems segment focused on large-scale
solar-power systems. He has served as CFO since 2006 and will continue in that
capacity until a successor is appointed.
Cascade Bank appointed Debra Johnson executive
vice president and CFO. Johnson consulted with the company and was its interim
CFO since February of this year.
Consorteum
Holdings, a technology
services provider in the payments and transaction industry, named Bill
Smethurst CFO. For the last five years Smethurst was CFO of Sernova Corp.
Park City
Group, a provider of
retail supply chain technologies, appointed David Colbert vice president
and CFO. Colbert was co-founder, CFO and vice president of operations for Sendside
Networks, a privately-held business communications company.
Ikaria said Craig Tooman will come on
board as senior vice president and CFO. Before joining the biotherapeutics
company, he was executive vice president of finance and CFO at Enzon
Pharmaceuticals.
Solera
Holdings, which provides
software and services to the automobile industry, named Renato Giger CFO.
Giger was global corporate controller of Solera and CFO of EMEA.
Xerium Technologies, which makes industrial textiles and
rolls used in the paper production process, announced the resignation of
CFO David Maffucci.
JPB
Enterprises, a
privately-owned investment services holding company, named Sam Beritela CFO.
Most recently, Beritela served as a managing member at Cielo Capital
Management.
Sonoma Valley
Health Care District announced
the resignation of CFO Tim Noakes, who is also serving as interim CEO.
