Big changes at American Airlines parent AMR.
The company promoted CFO Tom Horton to president of
the parent company and the airline. He served as AMR's CFO from 2000 to 2002,
when he left for the same job at AT&T. He returned to AMR in 2006, serving
as Executive Vice President of Finance and Planning and Chief Financial
Officer. Horton will oversee the finance, planning, sales and marketing,
customer service, and information technology organizations.
In addition, Bella Goren was named Senior Vice
President–CFO. Goren, formerly Senior Vice President – Customer
Relationship Marketing, will be responsible for all of the company's financial
functions, including treasury, corporate finance, corporate development, purchasing,
accounting, financial planning and relationships with the investment community.
Goren also will oversee all of the company's cost management activities,
financial reporting, balance sheet and financing initiatives, and corporate
transactions.

International Business Machines CFO Mark
Loughridge was given the added responsibility of senior vice president of
Finance and Enterprise Transformation, according to Reuters.
DotNetNuke announced that Lee McGrath has
joined the technology company as CFO. Previously, he was CFO at Librato, a
provider of resource management software for cloud computing and physical data center
environments.
Agilent Technologies promoted Didier Hirsch to
CFO and senior vice president. Hirsch is currently the science firm's vice
president for corporate controllership and tax, and has been acting CFO since
April.
Comstock Homebuilding said Jeffrey Dauer CFO
has resigned. He will assist the company in evaluating potential candidates and
help with transition.
Hyperdynamics named John O'Keefe executive
vice president and CFO. Most recently O'Keefe served first as CFO and later as
president and CEO of Blast Energy Services.
M3 Media named Omar Villanueva CFO. He worked
as a consultant for M3 Media, and was an ongoing advisor for the advertising
and public relations company before he left to work for WTF as a human
resources director.
Geneva Resources, a mineral exploration company, saidD. Bruce Horton has resigned as secretary, treasurer, CFO and a
director. Concurrently, Marcus Johnson, Geneva's current president and CEO, will
serve as interim secretary, treasurer.
Healthcare Solutions said Jennifer Huber will become
its new CFO. Prior to joining the healthcare consulting firm, Huber was
executive director and vice president of operations for APS Healthcare in the
office of the Administrative Services Organization for the Maryland Public
Mental Health System, where she also served as the vice president of finance.
Duckwall-ALCO Stores said Donny Johnson, its
CFO and one-time interim CEO, resigned. The company, which sells clothing and
sporting goods, is conducting a national search for a replacement.
Modine Manufacturing added CFO to Treasurer Michael
Lucareli's duties, eight months after former CFO Bradley Richardson
resigned.
Component Hardware Group, a manufacturer of plumbing
hardware and special products, announced David Kennedy as CFO. Prior to
coming on board, he was the business unit controller for Alcan's Rolled
Products Division.
Brown & Toland, and independent practice
association, said Michael Gam will serve as CFO. Most recently Gam was
CFO of the Talbert Medical Group, and previously was director of finance at
City of Hope Hospital.
