Bosch Group named Maximiliane Straub CFO and executive president, Controlling, Finance and Administration, Robert Bosch LLC. Previously Straub was president of the Chassis Systems Full Brakes North American Product Division.

Apollo Global Management hired Gene Donnelly as CFO. He spent nearly 30 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers before joining the private equity firm.

Allegis Capital appointed Kendall Cooper CFO. Cooper was CFO of the Mayfield Fund before coming to the early-stage venture capital firm.

Outdoor Channel Holdings, which owns and operates Outdoor Channel, announced Tom Allen as CFO and executive vice president. He co-founded ACME Communications, where he was executive vice president and CFO from its inception in 1997.

The Phoenix Coyotes promoted CFO and Executive Vice President Mike Nealy to chief operating officer. Nealy joined the NHL team in 2006 after spending four years as vice president of finance and corporate controller with the Minnesota Wild and Minnesota Sports & Entertainment.

Ferro Corporation, a provider of technology based materials, said Thomas Miklich will be the company’s new vice president and CFO. He previously served as CFO for Titan Technology Partners.

Power Integrations appointed Sandeep Nayyar vice president and CFO. He joins the supplier of high-voltage integrated circuits from Applied Biosystems, where he was vice president of finance and member of the senior executive team.

US Silver Corporation appointed Christopher Hopkins CFO. He joins the mining company from Excellon Resources, where he was CFO.

Gas Turbine Efficiency named Harry Zike CFO. Zike was CFO of Energy Conversion Devices. Before that he spent nearly 20 years with Siemens in Europe and the US, holding a number of executive financial positions, including CFO in Siemens energy and automotive divisions in the US.

Inergetics, which develops nutritional supplements for the clinical health and sports supplement markets, appointed Michael James CFO. James has been involved in Inergetics’ restructuring efforts since joining the board in September 2009. He was most recently CEO of Nestor.

Far East Wind Power Corp said James Crane will join the company as CFO. Crane has held executive level positions with several ventures in China.

Sussex Bank named Steve Fusco executive vice president and CFO. Previously, Fusco served as vice president and treasury manager at Investors Savings Bank.

Cheezburger Network, which operates humor websites, appointed Pearl Chan CFO. She comes on board from CFO Selections, an interim CFO firm.

Ballistic Recovery Systems appointed Sebastian Valdez CFO and a member of the board of BRS. Valdez joins the aerospace company from High F, where he was a director of the private investment firm.

W.P. Stewart & Co announced Mark Bergen as managing director, chief financial officer and chief operating officer. Prior to joining the asset management company, Bergen served at Angelo, Gordon & Co and its asset management subsidiary, AG Asset Management, where he was COO and CFO since 2005.

FairPoint Communications, the telephone company that is in Chapter 11 bankruptcy, hired Ajay Sabherwal as CFO—replacing Alfred Giammarino, who resigned in March.

Cousins Properties announced that James Fleming, CFO and executive president, will retire on December 31, 2010. Fleming has been with the firm since 2001 and prior to becoming EVP and CFO in May 2004, he served as senior vice president and general counsel.

Eggrock named Mark Fidler as its first full-time CFO. Fidler joins the manufacturer of factory-built bathroom pods from Evergreen Solar, where he was vice president of finance.

Camelot Entertainment Group said Steven Istock has been appointed interim CFO. Istock has a corporate, entertainment and international finance background, with over 15 years experience as a senior banker and finance manager.

UGI Corp announced that CFO Peter Kelly will retire from the energy distributor in early 2011.

Visual Management Systems said its CFO James Gardner has resigned. The video security technology company said that Gardner will assist the company with its third quarter reporting and other mutually-agreed projects.
