Amgen said Jonathan Peacock will become its new CFO on September 1. He joins the biotech company from Novartis, where he was CFO and administration officer since 2005.

Diageo announced that CFO Cathy Jessup will leave. The managing director of the beverage company's business services unit in Budapest, Chris Davies, will assume her duties September 1.

Romano's Macaroni Grill named Norman Abdallah CFO.

MoneyGram International appointed James Shield executive vice president and CFO. He comes to MoneyGram from Royal Caribbean Cruise Line were he was senior vice president for finance and treasurer.

PartnerRe announced that CFO Albert Benchimol plans to leave the company, which is making a series of management changes as Costas Miranthis to become its new CEO. Benchimol will leave the reinsurance company December 31. Bill Babcock, currently the company's group finance director will become CFO on Oct. 1.

Biolase Technology, a dental laser company, said CFO Brett Scott will leave as part of a restructuring that saw 20 positions eliminated.

Pacific Capital Bancorp appointed Mark Olson CFO of the holding company and bank. He takes over for Donald Lafler, who was interim CFO for the last six months.

Suntech Power Holdings said CFO Amy Yi Zhang will take over a new role as vice president in charge of the company's strategic project finance initiatives. She will continue as CFO until a successor is chosen.

WorldGate, a provider of video phone solutions, appointed James Dole as CFO. Dole served as chief corporate development officer for EarthLink since August 2007.

Green Enviro Tech named Wayne Leggett CFO. Leggett was formerly assistant treasurer for The Goldfield Corporation before coming on board at the plastics recovery, separation, cleaning and recycling company.

Fuel Tech appointed David Collins senior vice president, treasurer and CFO. He was an audit partner at Grant Thornton.

Taleo announced the resignation of CFO Katy Murray. She was appointed CFO in 2006 and will stay at the software maker until October 1, or until a successor can be found.

Solar Power promoted Executive Vice President of Finance Joe Bedewi to CFO. He replaced CFO Jeffrey Winzeler, who resigned this month.

LocatePLUS Holdings, which supplies public information for law enforcement and other investigations, appointed Brian McHugh CFO and treasurer. McHugh previously worked at Lockheed Martin, Leer Automotive, Revlon and small to mid-size companies in the telecommunications sector.

Virent Energy Systems named Susan Healy CFO. Healy was most recently senior vice president and CFO of Lands' End and before that CFO of Goldman Sachs' power asset business.

Calgon Carbon, which makes water and air purifying systems, announced the resignation of CFO Leroy Ball. Steven Schott, who serves as vice president of finance will replace him.

Minerals Technologies appointed Douglas Dietrich senior vice president and CFO. Dietrich, currently vice president, business development and treasury, will succeed John Sorel who retires from the company early next year.

Rimage, a provider of workflow-integrated digital publishing solutions, named James Stewart CFO. Stewart previously served as CFO of Comm-Works, a voice and data infrastructure company.

Environmental Service Professionals, a home inspection service, appointed Peter Donato CFO. Donato was previously with Ernst & Young, General Motors and Honda Express North America.

Merchandising Technologies, a provider of consumer electronics merchandising systems, named Michael Highland CFO. Previously, he served for six years as COO and vice president of finance at ChannelForce, a division of MarketSource Inc., which provides sales and marketing services for consumer electronics retailers.

CliniComp Intl said James Kesaris will join the company as CFO. Before joining the provider of enterprise clinical documentation systems, Kesaris worked in business development and investor relations at SCMS Capital, an investment banking and advisory firm.

i/o Data Centers named Jonathan Mauck CFO. He joins the data center operation and collocation provider from Citigroup's Investment Banking division, where he was global head of the communications infrastructure team.
