Lawton moves up at Domino’s Pizza, Borders CFO Bierley retires.

Domino’s Pizza said Michael Lawton is its new executive vice president and CFO. In 1999, Lawton came on board at Domino’s as head of finance for the international division. He joined the restaurant operator from Gerber Products, where he held diverse posts - such as corporate controller, vice president of international finance, and senior vice president and chief operator officer of US operations.
Borders Group announced the resignation of CFO Mark Bierley. Vice President Glen Tomaszewski, who has been with the company for 12 years, will serve as interim CFO.
Norwegian Cruise Lines has hired Wendy Beck , who will join the company as executive vice president and CFO. Beck most recently was CFO and executive vice president of Domino’s Pizza.
Ryder System has promoted Art Garcia, senior vice president and controller, to CFO. Current Executive Vice President and CFO Robert Sanchez also moves up—to become president of Ryder’s largest business segment, Global Fleet Management Solutions.
Bally Technologies, announced the retirement of CFO Robert Caller. Head of Accounting Neil Davidson takes over the post as senior vice president, CFO and corporate treasurer.
Petra Solar named John Rego CFO and treasurer. He spent the last seven years with Vonage Holdings, where he was executive vice president, CFO and treasurer.
Aeronautical engineering firm Innovative Solutions & Support Corporation announced the appointment of Ronald Albrecht as interim CFO. He joins ISSC after a 27 year career with Smiths Aerospace (UK) and later GE Aviation Systems.
American Well said James Malone will serve as executive vice president and CFO. Malone was CFO at banking technology firm Misys, and before that served as CFO at The TriZetto Group.
TriNet, a provider of human resources outsourcing solutions, appointed William Porter CFO. Porter was most recently at Cadence Design Systems where he served in a series of executive roles over a 15-year period.
Gaming Partners International promoted Gerald Koslow to CFO and treasurer. Koslow joined GPI in November of 2009 as controller. Previously, he was vice president and controller for The Upper Deck, a private sports and entertainment trading card manufacturer and distributor.
Alico, a land management company, announced the resignation of CFO Patrick Murphy.
Pentaho Corporation, a business intelligence and data integration company, named Doug Johnson executive vice president and CFO. He brings over 20 years of experience in finance and operations at technology companies--including Fusion Systems and Discreet Logic.
Cal Dive International, a marine contractor, announced the departure of CFO Bruce Koch. Brent Smith, vice president of finance, was promoted to executive vice president, CFO and treasurer.
Celgene Corporation named Jacqualyn Fouse senior vice president and CFO. She joins Celgene from Bunge Limited, an agribusiness and food company where she was CFO. Previously, she was senior vice president and CFO at Alcon Laboratories.
Capella Education Company said Steven Polacek will join the company as senior vice president and CFO. Prior to Capella, he was senior vice president and CFO at Hutchinson Technology.
Industrial coatings firm Abakan named Costas Takkas CFO. He has acted as a director and officer of numerous development-stage public companies involved in projects in the technology, mining, construction, gaming, drug development and medical equipment industries.
