Getty Images announced that Bart Catalane has
joined as CFO. He comes to Getty from Webloyalty.com where he was CFO.
He has held senior management and CFO positions at companies such as Capital
Cities/ABC’s Television and Radio Broadcast divisions.
Lending Club, an online peer lending network, named Carrie
Dolan CFO. She was formerly a senior vice president and treasurer for The
Charles Schwab Corporation. Prior to Schwab she held a variety of positions at
Chevron in financial planning and analysis, management reporting, accounting,
credit and treasury.
Western Digital Corp named Wolfgang Nickl vice
president and CFO. Nickl has served as vice president of finance since 2006.
Prior to that, he served in leadership roles in the digital storage company’s
worldwide business operations for several years.
Loan Value Group said Louis Petriello will
join the firm as CFO and general counsel. He previously was CFO and general
counsel for Logan Circle Partners, an institutional asset management firm.
Heritage Oaks Bancorp said CFO Margaret Torr submitted
her resignation. The firm promoted Ronald Oliveira to president and chief
operating office and William Filippin to chief credit officer and executive
vice president. The firm is looking for a replacement for Torr.
Geokinetics announced Ronald Cayon as interim
CFO. He currently serves as a consultant to the company and has been acting as
interim chief accounting officer since March.
PMA Capital Corporation promoted John Cochrane to
senior vice president and CFO. He assumes the position after holding the
interim CFO title since December of 2009. Prior to coming to PMA, Cochrane
worked in the insurance industry.
Comstock Homebuilding Companies named Joseph
Squeri CFO. He has served in a number of financial management roles,
including CFO of Choice Hotels International and Federal Realty Investment
Trust.
Cereplast, a manufacturer of bio-based plastics, appointed
Heather Sheehan senior vice president and CFO. Sheehan was CFO of Exemplis
Corp and held various senior international treasury, corporate and accounting
roles at ConAgra.
Advanced Energy Industries announced Danny Herron as
executive vice president and CFO. He most recently was CFO for Sundrop Fuels.
Optelecom-NKF, a manufacturer of video surveillance
solutions, said Steve Tamburo, the company’s executive vice president,
CFO and corporate secretary, has resigned.
Universal Travel Group announced the resignation of
CFO Yizhao Zhang on the first anniversary of his employment.
HemaCare named Lisa Bacerra CFO. Most recently
she was corporate controller and previously served as CFO at nutritional
supplement maker Natren and senior financial manager at Prudential Healthcare.
Power-One, a renewable energy company, announced that
it accepted the resignation of Linda Heller, senior vice president of
finance and CFO.
Melco Crown Entertainment, a developer and owner of
casino gaming and entertainment resort facilities, announced the resignation of
Executive Vice President and CFO Simon Dewhurst.
Gardner Denver, a manufacturer of compressors and
other engineered products, announced the retirement of Executive Vice
President, Finance and CFO Helen Cornell.
CSIdentity, an identity theft protection company,
said Greg Peterson will join the company as executive vice president and
CFO. Previously he served as executive vice president and CFO of Lombardi
Software.
