Porsche has announced that Thierry Kartochian will
become executive vice president and CFO of Porsche Cars North America. He comes
to PCNA from Porsche Business Services and Porsche Financial Service where he
is concurrently executive vice president and CFO of the respective
organizations.
Bally Technologies said CFO Robert Caller will
retire. The company has promoted Neil Davidson to senior vice president,
CFO and treasurer. Davidson joined Bally in 2006 as vice president of corporate
accounting and later served as chief accounting officer.
The Charlotte Bobcats professional basketball team--owned
by former NBA player Michael Jordan--has confirmed Bill Duffy as CFO and
administrative officer. He had served as interim CFO.
CVB Financial Corp announced that CFO Edward
Biebrich has postponed his retirement in order to assist the company in
responding to a Securities and Exchange Commission inquiry. CVB Financial Corp
is the holding company for Citizens Business Bank.
Renhuang Pharmaceuticals announced the resignation of
CFO Yan Yi Chen. Until a replacement is named, all accounting and
finance functions will report directly to Finance Manager Guojian Li.
Sport shoe maker Heelys hired Craig Storey as
CFO. He was previously chief executive of Sprig Toys. Before that, he was with
Radica Games.
Unitrin--a provider of auto, homeowners and other
insurance products--announced the resignation of Executive Vice President and
CFO Eric Draut. Richard Roeske, vice president and chief accounting
officer, will serve as interim CFO.
Portable ultrasound device maker SonoSite said CFO
Mike Schuh is retiring and Marcus Smith is taking over as CFO. Smith
joined the company in 2007.
Endicott Biofuels named Roderick Hayslett CFO.
Prior to coming on board, he was CFO of Northern Natural Gas, Transwestern
Pipeline, Florida Gas Transmission and Citrus Corporation.
Pioneer Power Solutions, a manufacturer of electrical
equipment for utility, industrial, commercial and wind energy applications,
announced the appointment of Andrew Minkow as CFO, Secretary and
Treasurer.
ServiceSource, a service revenue performance company,
named David Oppenheimer CFO. Oppenheimer comes to ServiceSource from
Mindjet, where he was CFO. Previously, he served as CFO of Hands-On Mobile and
of Digital Impact, an internet marketing company.
DFine said Lewis Yee will join the company as
CFO. Prior to joining the medical device company, he was head of finance at
Nobel Biocare Holdings. He began his career in finance at Mobil Oil of
Australia.
Las Vegas Railway Express named John Zilliken CFO.
Previously he was vice president and general manager of Mandalay Place and
vice president of retail leasing for MGM Mirage.
Tribridge announced that Chris Joseph will
become CFO. Joseph joined the company when the IT services and business
consultancy acquired Mercatus, where he was founder, CEO and co-chairman of the
board. Prior to that, Joseph was CFO at Parson Group, an international finance
operations consultancy.
Advanced Energy Industries said Executive Vice
President and CFO Lawrence Firestone has resigned. In the interim John
McMahon, vice president and corporate controller, will handle financial
reporting, accounting and finance responsibilities.
American CareSource Holdings, an ancillary care
network services company, promoted Controller and Vice President of Finance Matthew
Thompson to CFO. He had served as interim CFO since the departure of CFO
Steve Armond in March. He joined the company as controller and principal
accounting officer in 2008.
Albemarle, a specialty chemical maker, announced that
senior vice president and CFO Richard Diemer is resigning. In the
interim, Richard Fishman, vice president, treasurer and chief tax counsel, will
fill his shoes.
BeyondTrust said Ken Saunders will join the
technology company as CFO. Previously, he was CFO of Bazaarvoice and CFO of
enterprise software company Open Solutions.
Dapper, which specializes in display advertising,
appointed Anbu Gounder CFO and senior vice president. He has worked with
technology-focused companies such as Efficient Frontier, XPFLOW Software,
Elance and Junglee.
