For business leaders, this means "get on the balcony." In other words, understand enterprise interests and reconciling them with the IT assets that support your business. In addition, start seeing yourself as a partner to IT, not its customer. Give that partnership your best. As Cramm says, "Partnership isn't 50/50. It's 100/100."
